Mr. Kristoff has more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and investment banking as well as several years of experience founding, operating and consulting to several manufacturing companies in the U.S. and abroad.  Prior to joining European American Equities, Inc., he served as Senior Vice President and Department Head of North American merger and acquisition operations for Yamaichi International (America), Inc.  Previously, Mr. Kristoff helped found and served as a Managing Director of Spencer Trask Securities, Inc. and acted as a principal at KMS Management, an international consulting firm specializing in international emerging markets transactions.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University.
