Mr. Mooney has more than twenty years of experience in corporate development for public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic planning, business development, investor relations, corporate communications and corporate governance. For emerging growth companies, he specializes in assisting management in the navigation of requirements for complying with regulatory filings, corporate governance, and investor communications. 

Over the past ten years he has been an officer, director or advisor on five reverse-mergers from start-up through initial acquisitions and recruitment of professional industry management teams. He has served as an advisor, consultant, board member, and officer of numerous early-stage companies in industry segments including retailing, transportation, financial services, education, telecommunications, multimedia and natural resources.  Mr. Mooney has authored and edited hundreds of business plans, investment analyses, company profiles, economic research reports, articles, presentations, press releases, and other investor materials. 

He is also co-founder and chairman of the Global University for Lifelong Learning, a California not-for-profit organization focused on educational initiatives for developing nations.  Mr. Mooney holds a Masters Degree in Education and a Bachelors Degree in Geography from the California State University system.
