Michael Campbell has more than 25 years of experience founding, financing, building, and operating numerous high growth companies, with particular expertise working with companies located in the People’s Republic of China.

He successfully built numerous high-tech companies including three joint ventures with the Russia, Chinese and Spanish governments. Mr. Campbell raised over $150 million in government, venture, private, corporate, and institutional capital for eight high-tech start-ups that he co-founded during his career as a founder and CEO. As a consultant and advisor, he has helped emerging companies raise hundreds of millions of dollars in debt and equity growth capital to achieve their goals. Mr. Campbell has been involved in merging private companies into public entities and financing them through the public capital markets for the last eight years. He has successfully engineered and completed reverse mergers, debt and equity financings, and hyper organic growth and consolidation strategies that have resulted in tremendous returns for shareholders.

In addition to his responsibilities at TerraNova Capital Partners, Mr. Campbell is a principal in M1 Capital Group Ltd, a direct investor and merchant banking company that provides growth capital and financial services to high-growth companies in emerging markets.
