Mr. Colish has more than 22 years of experience consulting with NASD broker/dealers, financial planners, corporations, investment partnerships and high net worth individuals in the analysis, selection and marketing of partnerships, special products, tax planning strategies and for the private placement of debt and equity offerings.  He began his career practicing corporate and real estate law for six years, after which he joined a securities brokerage firm as general counsel. He holds a JD degree and LLM degree in Tax from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Michigan.
