Mr. Zhang has more than 15 years of capital markets experience.  He began his capital markets career as a Senior Investment Specialist with Charles Schwab & Co. He was a member of the team that established and developed the Asia Pacific Services Division and grew the division’s client portfolios to more than $500 million.  After Charles Schwab & Co., Mr. Zhang joined Merrill Lynch & Co. where he developed an investment group specializing in the Asian markets and managed a client portfolio of over $200 million in assets consisting of senior executives of China-based publicly listed companies.  Mr. Zhang holds a Masters in Economics degree from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Jinan University.
