Mr. Wenger has more than 20 years experience in investment banking, venture capital and private equity financing, portfolio management, and retail and institutional sales.  He was a founder and shareholder of Auerbach Financial Group, Inc. and Auerbach Pollak & Richardson, Inc. a regional boutique investment bank, where he was responsible for the overall growth of the firm and was head of the Private Equity Group.  Previously, Mr. Wenger held various positions with several leading financial institutions, including PaineWebber, Inc., Lehman Brothers and Drexel Burnham Lambert.  In addition, Mr. Wenger is the founder and current President and CEO of ShareIntel Shareholder Intelligence Services LLC (www.shareintel.com). Mr. Wenger holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree from Syracuse University.
