Mr. Schwegler has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, specializing in institutional private placements for publicly traded companies.  Since joining European American Equities, Inc. in 2003, he has been lead banker or a participating banker in over 25 transactions totaling approximately $200 million in equity capital for public companies in a broad range of industry sectors, with specific expertise in the technology industry.  From 1982 to 1997, Mr. Schwegler was a management and sales executive with three privately held telecommunications companies.  He began his career in 1978 with Arthur Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture) as a Management Information Systems consultant. Mr. Schwegler has extensive expertise in the structuring of private equity placements, and has established a large number of relationships among institutional investors that participate in the equity and convertible debt markets.  He is a skilled analyst of the fundamental and technical aspects of companies operating in high-tech, high-growth industry sectors. Mr. Schwegler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Engineering from Clarkson University.
