Investors in the TerraNova Explorer Fund are the partners and principals of TerraNova Capital Partners, our advisory board, outside financial and business professionals: CEO's, CFO's, COO's, CTO's, Angels and serial entrepreneurs. The objective of the fund is to invest in long term projects where the TerraNova Team can add value, increasing the growth of the portfolio's equity. The fund will make debt and equity investments of $50,000 to $1,000,000 in public and private companies. Typically the fund makes bridge investments of $250,000 to companies that will benefit from continued access to TerraNova Capital Partners' angel, institutional, and strategic investor base. The Explorer Fund is the heart of TerraNova Capital Partner's merchant banking effort.

Our corporate structure consists of TerraNova Capital Partners which wholly owns European American Equities, LTD and TerraNova Capital Management. LLC which manages The TerraNova Explorer's Fund. LLC
